Arathian Pantheon
The Arathian Pantheon centers around Thorus the God-Pharoah, the one who rescued and liberated the Arathians from their former home-world. The divine family consists of Thorus’s mother, Aset, and his father Thot. Thorus’s brother, Seth, betrayed him and tried to destroy his civilization. Thorus’s sister, Heret, is said to have progenerated the line of pharaoh’s with her brother. Some of the deities (Bastet, Anpuet, Demu, Siris) belonged to an ancient pantheon that were worshipped by the Arathians prior to Thorus’s ascension. The rest of the deities (Sol, Tphentet, Foth, Nalit, Sethmut) were discovered and worshipped after the Arathian’s arrival to Enelis. Korrat is a rather new deity (by Arathian measures), that focuses on societal laws and ethics that are greater than that of the pharaoh’s command. Hence the worship of Korrat is forbidden in Arathkelsara, which caused many Arathians to flock to the Holy Land and the city of Korratus.
